Leaders of some Madhesi and Janajati-centric political parties, which are protesting the new Constitution, on Friday, told China to urge Nepali Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to seek a peaceful settlement of the ongoing political problems. The leaders held a meeting with the Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Wu Chuntai, this morning and handed over a two-page letter, which claims the Constitution was discriminatory and some of its major provisions were rejected by Madhesi and Janajati communities of the nation.
